How long does it take for my order to ship?
In stock products will ship within 1-3 business days. Made to order products ship within 4-6 business day.
We gladly can do a rush order just let us know Via email and we will get it out as soon as possible.

Is my personal information secure?
Yes. Any information you provide we will never share or sell to any third party. And we will only contact you if needed in regards to your order.  

What about my payment method?
All transactions are processed through ecommerce and using a 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure credit card data is safe and secure. None of that information is stored.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote before making your purchase.

What is your return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for refund of purchase price.  (though shipping costs are non-refundable).  Items must be unused and received in original condition. 

You sell wooden goods how Eco-friendly can that be?
We truly are nature lovers ourselves. So our products are made from salvaged wood or wood sources approved by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).  In addition our packing materials are made from recycling the shavings from our production that then can be used for compost.

Your wood finish really doesn't have nasty stuff in it and is food safe?
Yes, our finishes are a combination of natural nut/hemp oils blended with organic beeswax. None contain petroleum products, aromatic solvents, cancer-causing chemicals or heavy metals. If you have an allergy to nuts please let us know and we will finish your piece with a none-nut based oil.
